2025 Reserves Coach Job Vacancy

The Melbourne High School Old Boys Football Club (MHSOBFC) currently field four teams (all Men's) in the Victorian Amateur Football Association. Based at Melbourne High School, South Yarra, we are approaching our 100th anniversary in coming years and have a storied history of success.

We are currently advertising for a Men's Reserves Coach to join our Coaching team, and are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in being able to build on and develop a young list, to work with the Senior coaching team and have the ability to build and develop relationships.

Prior coaching experience is desired, and an appetite to complete coaching accreditation with the support of the club is preferred.

Requirements for applicants are:

• Previous coaching experience.

• Strong communication skills both on and off field.

• To provide leadership and innovation as well as game day coaching expertise and leadership.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a team.

• A strong sense of community and commitment to contributing beyond football.

The successful candidate will be required to have a valid Working with Children Check.
